They must have a proven track record of success selling homes in the luxury space. eXp LUXURY agents must reapply and qualify anew for membership in the LUXURY Division each year. (Many of the "luxury" brand brokerages out there, even some whose names are associated narrowly with "luxury," are in fact volume-focussed franchises whose agents may or may not have luxury experience.)
